Terms and Conditions.

Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this competition.

Open to persons resident in the UK, excluding employees of The Tracklement Company Ltd., their families, agents and anyone else connected with this competition.

Closing date for entries is the last day of each month.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are delayed, corrupted or otherwise rendered invalid owing to technical errors or malfunctions.

The prize draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable following the closing date. If several correct entries are received prior to the closing date the entries will be judged on the Why I love Tracklements tiebreaker. The judge's word is final. The winner will be notified by post or email and the prize sent out within 28 days of the closing date. The winner's name will be put on the website.

Prize: a limited edition Tracklements hand-thrown mustard pot, Tracklements apron, Tracklements jute bag and a jar of Tracklements Wholegrain Mustard.

The prize is non transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Promoter reserves the right to draw alternative winner(s).

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to any entrants, prizewinners or any third party. The Promoter also reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason

This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. The decision of Promoter in all matters concerning this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
