Factory Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Tracklements production team. Our methods are traditional, but the business is forward thinking, ambitious and operates to the highest standards. Our production unit is modern, flexible, busy and friendly.

This is a hands on and varied role, reporting to the Operations Director. You should be organised and able to lead and manage a dedicated production team of 20 staff. With a focus on quality you will be required to control and develop all aspects of the manufacturing process.

You will need food industry experience at management level and a familiarity with both mechanical and electrical engineering as well as excellent communication skills.

The role requires a personable character with the ability to achieve required levels of performance from staff and equipment as well as the ability to plan, adapt and problem solve, with a calm head. Health and Safety experience is also desirable.
