This hand-made limited edition tracklement is sharp and tangy and goes brilliantly with fish or pork.

New this spring, we have launched our new seasonal product line. Our Seasonal product harks back to the very beginning of tracklement making when excess seasonal fruit and vegetables were cooked with sugar and vinegar to preserve them and packed in jars so that they could be enjoyed throughout the year. Using those same principles, our seasonal product will change according to which English fruit and vegetables are in season. We are starting with Rhubarb Chutney which is now available in good Delicatessens, Farm Shops and Butchers. At the end of the Rhubarb season, when this product has run out, it will be replaced by another seasonal product.
