Creating a festive cheeseboard can be a work of art! A delicious one at that! However we know how many options there are out there so we've created a list of some of our tried and tested favourite pairints. Afterall, the finest artisan cheeses deserve the finest condiments!
Pairings for Cheddar: From the farmhouse or the creamery, raw milk or pasteurised, the flavour of Cheddar varies enormously.
Original Onion Marmalade: Sweet and rich with a gentle tang, Onion Marmalade perfectly balances the strong, nutty and robust taste of the mature king of cheese.

On Saturday 2nd Dec from 9.30am – 1pm, bring your friends and family to our factory near Malmesbury, where you can experience the transformation of the finest ingredients into your favourite sauces, chutneys, jellies and mustards - the perfect insight into the fabulous world of condiment making.
There will be mulled wine and festive nibbles to greet you on arrival, behind the scenes factory tours and don’t forget to have a browse around our onsite shop - Tracklements make great hamper or stocking fillers – an excellent way to introduce friends and family to your favourites, as well as being the perfect accompaniment to your Christmas and Boxing Day meals.

The Great Taste Award results are in! We are proud to announce that we have won another two gold stars this year! These will sit comfortably in our trophy cabinet of over 180 foodie award wins to date. Hurrah!
This year's winners are (both winning a gold star each): Cucumber & Sweet Pepper Relish (perfect for dolloping in burgers or spreading in sandwiches). The judges said, “this is very versatile and a stand out, quality product”; and Strong Horseradish Cream (the accompaniment to roast beef). The judges commented, "great colour, rich and inviting. Extremely powerful (as stated!)".
