Bengal Carrot Pickle & Wensleydale Sandwich

Spread a thin layer of butter followed by Tracklements Mustardy French Mayonnaise (optional) on each slice of bread.
Place a few lettuce leaves on top of one slice of bread. Slice the Wensleydale cheese and place the desired amount on top of the lettuce.
Add a spoonful of Tracklements Bengal Carrot Pickle on top of the cheese, spreading evenly, and close the sandwich with the second piece of bread. Cut in half and serve.
