Cut the French stick into ½ inch slices and grill lightly on one side. Spread generously with Robust Wholegrain Mustard and return to the grill for 2 - 5 minutes or until the croutons are crisp.
Serve on top of beef carbonnade, French onion soup or any hearty stew.
