Smoked Mackerel Pâté

Serves: 4 as a starter

Smoked Mackerel Pâté

Directions

Remove the skins and any pin bones from the mackerel fillets.

 

Put the fish into a food processor and whiz for a few seconds. Add the cream cheese, Mayonnaise, Strong Horseradish and whiz again for a good minute. Add a squeeze of lemon juice to taste.

 

Put in the fridge for a harder set or dive right in. Serve with crusty bread or crudités.

Ingredients:

4 smoked mackerel fillets (approx 300g)

200g full fat cream cheese

1 tbsp Tracklements Mayonnaise

1 dsp Tracklements Strong Horseradish & Cream Sauce

squeeze of lemon
