Preheat the oven to 220ºC/425ºF/Gas mark 7. Cut the potatoes into 3cm chunks and place in a large roasting dish. Sprinkle with the oil and paprika. Add the garlic, toss with the potatoes and roast for 45 mins until golden. Pour over the Tracklements Spicy Tomato sauce and toss to coat. Serve hot.
