Jamie Oliver must agree as he used our Fresh Chilli Jam 3(!) times in his cookbook, 5 Ingredients! Whether you fancy an onion relish like Caramelised Red Onion Relish, crave a sweet relish like Sticky Fig Relish, need a champion hamburger relish like Cucumber & Sweet Pepper Relish, or can't live without the earthy flavours of Beetroot & Horseradish Relish, we can help you liven up your meals. If you have some onion relish in your cupboard then try this classic recipe for dinner tonight - sticky Original Onion Marmalade sausages! To make, cook 8 sausages in the oven until almost done. Drain off the fat and put 4 tbsp Onion Marmalade on top. Finish in the oven for 5 mins; place the caramelised Onion Marmalade sausages on a bed of mashed potato. Stir a little red wine and seasoning into the pan juices for a brilliant onion gravy. Plus, sticky Onion Marmalade Sausages are also perfect for your BBQ! Just stick them in a hot dog bun, and for an extra tang, slather them in a sweet relish!
