It’s fair to say that all Tracklements partner cheese beautifully…and there’s a perfect Tracklement for every cheese. This month we’re craving the sweet, salty, heavenly combo of Green Tomato Chutney with strong, smooth Lincolnshire Poacher.
Lincolnshire Poacher is a handmade cheese, made in a similar way to traditional West Country Cheddars using unpasteurised cow’s milk. It has a smooth texture and a strong flavour which tastes particularly good when teamed with the fresh fruitiness of green tomatoes and hints of roasted fenugreek, coriander, cumin and cardamom which shine through in this sumptuous chutney.
