Hot Smoked Salmon with Asparagus and Strong Horseradish Cream
- 160g farfalle pasta
- 150g asparagus
- 100g hot smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Tracklements Strong Horseradish Cream
- salt and pepper
This supper is stunningly delicious, looks amazing and only takes about 10 mins to whip up. It's perfect for mid-week mayhem or why not give it a whirl this Christmas Eve - your guests will be amazed at your effort...without you having to make any!
Cook the pasta according to instructions. Meanwhile steam the asparagus and cut into inch long pieces. Drain the pasta leaving 1 tbsp of liquid in the pan with the pasta. Stir in the salmon, asparagus, crème fraiche and Strong Horseradish Cream. Season to taste.
