Individual Baked Eggs with Tomato & Chilli Chutney

Cooking Directions

 

Preheat the oven to 190°C/ 375°F/gas mark 5.

Butter 6 Individual ramekins. Line the ramekins with strips of ham.

Add a small amount of chopped spinach leaves. Top with a teaspoon of Tracklements Tomato & Chilli Chutney. Crack an egg on top of the chutney and add a teaspoon of grated Cheddar.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins.

Serve on their own or with a slice of toasted sourdough for a stupendous brunch.

 

Ingredients

  • butter for lining tin
  • 6 slices of cooked ham, cut into strips
  • handful spinach leaves, chopped
  • 6 tsp Tracklements Tomato & Chilli Chutney
  • 6 free range eggs
  • 6 tsp grated Cheddar
  • Sourdough bread
