Mozzarella, Sticky Fig Relish and unearthed® Prosciutto del Poggio Foccacia

- Foccacia roll
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 75g Mozzarella ball, sliced
- 2 tbsp Tracklements Sticky Fig Relish
- 1 pack unearthed® Prosciutto Del Poggio
Cut your focaccia in half and place on a baking tray. Drizzle with the olive oil and grill for 2 mins or until lightly golden. Remove from the heat and place on your mozzarella slices. Pop back under the grill for a further 2 mins or until the cheese has melted.
Dollop on the Sticky Fig Relish and lay over the unearthed® Prosciutto Del Poggio. Enjoy with a side salad and crisps.
