Cherry & Ricotta Toast with Fresh Chilli Jam

Method:

Chop the cherries in half and remove the stone.

Grill or toast the bread in a pan.

Spread some cream cheese on a sourdough slice.

Add the halved cherries on top of the cream cheese.

Top the grilled toast with toasted pine nuts, Fresh Chilli Jam and fresh basil.

Serves: 2

  • 16 cherries
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tsp roasted pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chilli Jam
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil
