We use a good glug of delicious Somerset Cider Brandy in both our Apple & Cider Brandy Chutney and Sauce.

Like us, the distillery that supplies us strongly believes that it is vital to know the origins of all the ingredients used in their products.

All the apples they ferment come from their own 150 acres worth of orchards in Somerset; one of the ‘vintage’ areas in England for growing apples for fermenting.

Matured in small oak barrels, the Somerset Cider Brandy absorbs all sorts of flavours from the oak, in turn making our products as delicious as possible.
