Mustardy, Bacon-Wrapped Cocktail Sausages, Prunes and Apricots

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas Mark 5.
Spoon the Tewkesbury Hot Mustard into a small, high-sided ramekin dish.
Snip the rashers of bacon in half width ways with a pair of scissors and stretch out slightly. Dip each of the sausages/apricots/prunes in mustard so they’re coated before wrapping in a half rasher of streaky bacon. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray and bake for around 20 mins or until the bacon is cooked through and the sausage piping hot.
Perfect for pre-party nibbles or at picnics – try serving with additional mustard for added poke.
- 3 tbsp Tracklements Tewkesbury Hot Mustard
- 12 rashers of streaky bacon
- 8 cocktail sausages
- 8 dried apricots
- 8 prunes
