1.How to Enter
1.1 The competition is organised by The Tracklement Company Ltd
1.2 This competition is running on Tracklements website
1.3 To enter the competition: Fill in the form.
1.4 The competition will run until midnight on the 30^th November 2025
1.5 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
2. Competition Rules
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
2.1 The competition is open to residents of mainland United Kingdom (excluding the Highlands, Scotland) aged 18 years or over, except employees of The Tracklement Company and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2.2. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.3. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. If we do so, we will always have the most up to date terms and conditions on this page.
3. Competition prize
3.1 There will be 4 prize winners. The prize is a medlar tree.

3.2 The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
3.3 The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The prize is a medlar tree and can only be delivered to a winner’s UK Mainland (excluding the Highlands, Scotland) address.
4. Competition winners
4.1 1 winner will be chosen at random from all entries received.
4.2 We will notify the winners via email and will allow 48 hours for them to confirm receipt of the notification. If confirmation is not received within this time, we reserve the right to select another winner.
5. Jurisdiction
5.1 The organiser’s decision in all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.2 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
5.3 The winners agree to the use of his/her name and social media handle being used in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
5.4 Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current General Data Protection Regulations and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
