Method
Preheat the oven to gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C.
Toast the baton slices. Spread a little of the goat’s cheese over each slice, spoon over the Shallot & Garlic Jam and top with the thyme leaves; season with black pepper. These crostini can be served warm or cold.

• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• Jar of Tracklements Special Edition Shallot & Garlic Jam
• 25g Unsalted butter
• 1 White baton, cut into 12 slices
• 125g Pack soft goat’s cheese
• 5g Fresh thyme, leaves picked
