These Posh Hot Dogs are perfect for sharing with friends and family at a summery barbecue!
Method
Add your sausages of choice to the barbecue. Slice the onions and warm up the extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the onions until they’re caramelised and golden. Cut the fluffy white rolls in half and lightly toast on the barbecue for a minute or two. Once cooked, add the sausages to the rolls, spoon on the caramelised sliced onions and add the Tracklements Sticky Barbecue Sauce to your heat preference.
Best served in the sun with a cold brew!
