Method:
Toast the pittas. Cut open to create a pocket and spread a good helping of hummus on the inside. Squash the falafel with a fork and add to the pitta. Add slices of tomato and cucumber and add a couple of tablespoons of Green Tomato Chutney. Finish off with a squeeze of lemon (or lime!) and sprinkling of coriander.

- 2 x Pittas
- 6 x Falafel
- 1 x Tomato
- 3 inches of Cucumber cut into rounds
- Handful shredded iceberg lettuce
- 4 tbsp Green Tomato Chutney
- Squeeze of lemon
- Sprinkling of coriander
