Method
In a pan, brown the lean ground beef over a medium heat, breaking it up as you go. Add in the spices and mix well. Set aside.
Roast or air fry sweet potatoes until fork-tender.
Start with a base of cooked sweet potatoes, then add a generous scoop of cottage cheese.
Top with the seasoned beef and sliced avocado.
Mix together the honey and Tracklements Fresh Chilli Jam and drizzle over the top and enjoy!

- 400g Minced beef
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt & Pepper to taste

- 2 dsp Hilltop Honey
