Crabapple Jelly and More... 

Our savoury jellies are incredibly versatile and vibrant. Made with natural and zesty citrus pectin (suitable for vegetarians and vegans), our jellies are excellent with all types of meat and fish. They also are unbeatable when used as a glaze/ melted over vegetables or paired with cheese. Gorgeous with cheese and crackers or cold meats, some of our favourite recipes include: super simple toasted bagel with soft cream cheese and Red Pepper & Chilli Jelly, outstanding Zingy Rosemary Jelly melted over roast lamb, light and luscious goats' cheese salad with Rich Redcurrant Jelly and Apple & Sage Jelly in a cold pork and stuffing sandwich or stirred into your Sunday roast gravy! Also try melting Thai Spice Jelly to make a dipping sauce for chicken wings, prawns and crackers or simply mix through stir-fries, and for a simple twist on tzatziki, mix Fresh Mint Jelly, diced cucumber and natural or Greek yogurt together - it's outstanding in lamb or chicken wraps!
