Celebrating 50 Years of Mustard Making: Quote from our friend Xanthe Clay

As part of our 50th birthday celebrations we asked some friends of Tracklements to share with us their memories. Famed food columnist, Xanthe Clay, had these lovely words to say:

A good dollop of Tracklements robust wholegrain mustard stirred into buttery mashed potato is what bangers are waiting for, though I do love the honey grain mustard stirred though cocktail sausages before roasting, and maybe a bit extra after roasting too. With beef I’m a purist – Hot English Mustard all the way. It’s the only one with the proper up-your-nose kick that for a decent Sunday lunch.” Xanthe Clay
