Egg Mayo & Cress Sandwich with Rich & Creamy Mayonnaise

Give the humble egg and cress sandwich the love it deserves with our Rich & Creamy Mayonnaise.


Bring a pan of water to the boil. Lower the eggs into the pan, cook for 7 min, then add them to cold water. Once the eggs have cooled, peel away the shell.

Mash the eggs with the Rich & Creamy Mayonnaise and add some seasoning if needed. Spread onto one side of the granary slice, sprinkle over the cress and top with the other slice of bread.

Makes 1 Sandwich


2 Eggs

3 tbsp Tracklements Rich & Creamy Mayonnaise

1/3 handful of Cress

2 slices of White Grannary Bread
