As part of our 50th birthday celebrations we asked some friends of Tracklements to share with us their memories. Cookery writer and famed chef, Thomasina Miers, recalls her first memories of Tracklements:

I first came across Tracklements when I had just started working in food and was involved with the guys who ran Borough Market – this must have been about 20 years ago now! Tracklements was a proper food producer, making really great quality products that actually tasted close to the products that my mother made. I still feel that you don’t always have time to make everything from scratch, all the time. Tracklements is the next best thing.
