Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the peppers, garlic, onion and a pinch of salt. Cook over a medium heat until soft. Add the Chilli Jam, fish stock and chopped tomatoes. Cook for 20 mins.
In the meantime, cook the noodles according to the instructions.
Add the chopped coriander and crab meat to the sauce and stir in the cooked noodles. Toss together well and season.
